La Costa Canyon wins state championship in boys golf!
La Costa Canyon High School won the state title in boys golf Wednesday at the Poppy Hills course in Pebble Beach. The Mavericks topped a field of six teams – three from Northern California and three from Southern California. Click here to view.

Varsity Boys' Lacrosse team has been recognized as the State All-Academic team
This means that The Maverick Varsity Lax players maintained the state's highest collective team grade-point average (on an unweighted 4.0 scale) during the 2008-09 school year! Click here to view.
