Requests for Communication Accommodations:
In accordance with the policies set forth by the San Dieguito Union High School District, auxiliary aids or services needed for effective communication to qualified persons who have a hearing, vision, or speech impairment may be made available for any District sponsored event, program, or activity. Please contact Sharon Sorensen by calling 760-436-6136, Ext. 6005, or by e-mail at sharon.sorensen@sduhsd.net at least eight business days before the event to make a request and to learn how to file the required Request Form.
